Get a up early and start the day at Waimea canyon and Kokee state park. Take your trainers and do a hike there
to see a great view of the canyon, this hike will take up most of the morning so by the time your finished you would probably be hungry. The best place to eat your lunch would be in the Kukui'ula mall at Bubba's- note Hawaiians are into their meat so don't be surprised if it comes with just meat and cheese- if your order a burger. Best place is Bubba's!

Once lunch is over head over to Sheraton beach as it is a beach that shouldn't be missed. Some other great beaches are baby's beach poipu (ideal for chilling or baby's), poipu beach or PK's beach (prince kuhio).
After you visit one of those beaches I suggest heading towards Allerton garden which is across the road from spouting horn. Allerton gardens is great and it is a tour which makes it better. Just bring bug spray for Allerton.
On the way to Allerton garden and spouting horn is baby's beach which is next to PK's beach, the PK gardens are also there which is nice to give a 5 minute look.
When seeing the spouting horn ( isn't as exciting as promoted) check out the tent stalls next to it they can be interesting.
If you still have time left in late afternoon check out Old Koloa town.
For the evening I would suggest heading back to Kukui'ula shopping centre and have dinner there and looking at the shops. I personally love the shop Mahina.
Lapperts. You must save room for their ice cream! Lapperts ice cream is just mouth watering! I go there twice a day.
If you go when it's Wednesday there is the local farmers market which is worth a look and it's on between 3-6 Wednesdays Kukui'ula mall.
